The sterilization pot is equipped with accessories such as valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc., which should be kept safe, complete, sensitive, and reliable. Maintenance and regular calibration should be added during use. The valve opening pressure of this equipment is equal to the design pressure and should be kept sensitive and reliable, and should be prevented from being adjusted arbitrarily. The accuracy level of the pressure gauge and thermometer is 1.5, and the allowable difference within the tolerance is normal. Pressure gauges without lead seals shall not be used. If the pressure gauge fails to indicate, the scale is unclear, the dial is broken, the pointer does not return to zero after pressure relief, or the lead seal is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. The thermometer should be regularly inspected and calibrated with a standard thermometer before use. It should be calibrated once a year thereafter. If the mercury column breaks or deviates from the standard temperature by more than 0.5 ℃, it should be sent for repair or replacement.
Sterilization pots should be regularly inspected, with at least one external inspection conducted every six months and a comprehensive inspection conducted at least once a year. The preparation work and inspection items before the inspection should be carried out in accordance with the "regulations" and relevant provisions, and the inspection report should be filed for record.
